BKM BURSA KALIP MERKEZİ METAL FORM MAKİNA SANAYİ ve TİC. AŞ. was established in Bursa in 2005 to manufacture standard mold products for mold manufacturers and continues to work by adding precision parts manufacturing to its portfolio in many sectors as a result of its technical and equipment. 

BKM Bursa Mold Center continues to be a leading company with its AS 9100, ISO 9001/2015, NADCAP 7006, NADCAP 7101/1 and NADCAP 7101/7 certificates after more than 15 years of experience.

BKM Bursa Mold Center offers precision parts under the name of BKM Technology and the products and product groups and services they produce are as follows; 

Precision Manufacturing;

Bkm Technology is capable of performing multi-axis machining, grinding, honing and polishing operations with high precision. In addition, it can manufacture many systems such as Machining Fixtures, Measurement and Control Fixtures, Test systems. Hydraulic Valve Blocks, Aluminum Casting and Extrusion Machining, Special Alloy Steel Machining, brass, bronze and plastic parts can be precisely machined. 

All dimensional measurements are made in our laboratory with CMM measurement, 2D measurement, Profile Projection special measurement equipment. In addition, various materials can be prepared in the Metallography Department in the Laboratory, Micro Vickers Hardness measurement analysis, measurement analyzes such as HRC, HB, HRB are performed.

Surface roughness control is performed on flat, concave and convex areas of parts whose surface quality is important.
Weld seam control, Penetration Welding Inspection and Welded Parts control are provided.

Truck torsion systems are manufactured as welded and non-welded.

Bus suspension retainer plates can be manufactured precisely.

Hydraulic valve body, shaft and pipe machining operations of Hydraulic Actuators can be performed in the company.

Aluminum, Titanium, Nickel based material parts can be manufactured.

Tensile, Fatigue and Creep test specimens are produced in our company which has Nadcap 7101/1, 7101/7, 7006 certificates.
