CSA Coating

CSA Coating Inc. was established in 2007 and today operates in its 5000 square meter factory located in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone. 

CSA Coating company is in the metal coating sector and was incorporated into SKE Automotive Group in 2014. After this inclusion, it invested in a new zinc-nickel coating line at the beginning of 2017. 

CSA Coating company offers the following services to its customers with its experienced staff and technological equipment; 

• Zinc Plating; After plating, yellow, white and black Cr+3 passivation, lacquer applications and hydrogen stress removal processes are performed.
• Zinc - Nickel Plating; After coating, transparent, blue and black Cr+3 passivation, lacquer applications and hydrogen tension removal processes are performed.
• Adhesive Application; Two-layer paint application is carried out on products whose surface is prepared with an automation-controlled conveyor paint machine. Primer CHEMOSIL 211 and cover CHEMOSIL 411 are applied at appropriate temperature and pressure values.

SVB Cataphoresis

SVB Kataforez company was founded in 2006 by Şaban Çelik and started its activities with powder coating applications. In line with its targets, SVB Kataforez Surface Coating Metal Plastic, Construction Contracting San. Tic. A.Ş. was established in Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone.

Continuing to invest, the company commissioned a wet paint facility in 2010. In 2012, Zinc and Zinc Alloys coating plant was commissioned. In 2014, a fully automated powder coating plant was commissioned. In 2017, the 2nd powder coating line and the 2nd wet coating line were established. In 2018, the 2nd cataphoresis coating line is commissioned. In 2019, the 3rd powder coating line is commissioned. 

Today SVB Cataphoresis Surface Coating Metal Plastic, Construction Contracting San. Tic. A.Ş. serves in 3 different locations, Zinc and zinc alloys plant, 2 cataphoresis plants, 3 wet paint plants, 3 powder coating plants in a total closed area of 18.000 m².
