Dket Etching and Patterning company was established in Istanbul in 2008 by experienced engineers. Dket, which prefers innovative production methods in order to provide better service to its customers, offers the following products and services to its customers thanks to its experience, knowledge and technology; 

• Mold Patterning; It is a micro metal processing method that enables the patterns applied on the mold surface to be physically removed in the mold by penetrating with acid reduction method.  
• Polishing; The process of cleaning the surface to be applied before the pattern process, which is usually the last stage in the mold production process of the projects.
• Pattern Repair; Pattern repair processes can be applied with a high level of expertise with a perfect transition between the existing patterned surface and the damaged area, without disrupting the integrity of the product surface.
• Welding; In line with customer demands, welding processes can be applied to new molds or molds undergoing revision work, and pattern modification can be made after welding on patterned molds.

Capacity; As DKET, we have an organization in such a way that an average of 1500 molds can be patterned. By using the flexible structure in our organization, it is possible to increase to an average of 1800 to 2000 molds.

Our company serves with a total of 38 people, including 8 engineers who are experts in their fields.
