Founded in 1972, Erkalıp and Ermetal A.Ş. were established in 1978 in line with the developments in the automotive industry and the main activity of the company was sheet metal parts forming and assembly. Today, Ermetal A.Ş. is one of the 500 largest companies in Turkey, serving leading automotive companies such as Fiat, Ford and Toyota with more than 800 employees in a closed area of 28000 square meters. 

When we look at the capabilities of Ermetal company; 

• Sheet Cutting; At least 400 mm in length, 1.8 mm in thickness and up to 1450 mm in width, it can perform band cutting operations of rolled sheets.
• Press Lines; 40.000.000 pieces can be pressed annually with robotic and manual press lines up to 250 tons - 1600 tons.
• Mechanical; In the mechanical workshop, we produce important parts such as door hinges, stiles and steering shafts.
