Hacim Makina Kalıp Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. was established in 1998 in order to manufacture plastic injection molds in its main field of activity. Thanks to its quality and economical production required by the industry, it has realized plastic injection mold manufacturing for white goods, electrical and automotive main industrialists and first ring sub-industrialists in a short time. 

Today, the company manufactures an average of over 80 molds per year in an area of 600 square meters and with more than 20 personnel in total. After mold design, manufacturing and mold lapping, the company can also produce plastic injection if desired. 

The company is able to manufacture in the following dimensions and product groups;

• All plastic injection molds with a mold set size of 750x550mm and a single piece weight of up to 800 kg and a finished mold weight of 2.5 tons.
• Cold runner, hot runner, hot runner systems with valve gate.
• Hydraulic core, mechanical angle core, angle core systems operating from pusher plate.
• Ability to use pre-hardened plastic steels or fully hardened tool steels...
