MAY Brake Systems, started its business life in 1980 under the name of Yılmaz Kauçuk and while working on the production of rubber spare parts, in 1995 it turned to the production of brake and clutch systems for heavy vehicles and in 1998 it was renamed MAY Fren Sistemleri. Since 2013, it has been continuing production in its 8000 square meter factory in Kayapa Industrial Zone.
