Mistaş A.Ş. was founded in Bursa in 1974 by Türker Çilingir. He was the first engineer in Turkey to build electronically controlled welding machines and today the company he founded is focused on machine production and fittings production. 

Today, Mistaş Machinery has produced more than 3000 machines and electronic systems, 1000 of which are special and 100% domestic "Cartesian Robot Welding Machine" was also produced by Mistaş in 1990. 

Mistaş Machinery's Fittings production was the first T Fittings produced in Turkey upon the request of Demirdöküm company for domestic fittings and TMS Türker Machinery Industry was established.
