The foundations of the business were laid by Ömer Körüstan in 1959 as sheet metal cutting in a small workshop and after a new structuring in 2003, Nuri Körüstan Makine Metal Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi has become in a position to meet almost all customer demands in the fields of flame cutting, laser cutting, plasma cutting, water jet cutting, guillotine shear cutting, press brake bending, pipe, profile, stainless and sheet metal sales. In order to offer quality products at affordable prices in a short time, it operates with thousands of tons of stocked materials in 18.000 m2 closed and 2000 m2 open area.

The products and services provided by Nuri Körüstan Makine Metal Sanayi are as follows; 

• Cnc Laser Cutting; All material cutting in the range of 0.5mm - 30mm and up to 2.500-12.000mm length with 11 CNC Fiber Laser cutting machines with the latest technology in the range of 1kW-12kW
• Cnc Oxygen and Plasma Cutting; Oxygen cutting of ST-37 (S235), ST-44 (S275), ST-52 (S355) and hardox materials up to 600mm thickness with a maximum width of 6000x12000 mm. Plasma cutting of 51-37(S235), ST-52(5355) materials up to 60mm thickness with a maximum width of 3500x14000 mm.
• Cnc Water Jet Cutting; Granite, marble, ceramics, glass, bulletproof laminated glass, wood, carbon, kevlar, composites, paper, leather, textiles, gasket materials, flexiglass (plexiglass), polyester, polyethylene sheets, fiber, all plastics and rubber derivatives can be cut with water jet from 0.1 mm to 160 mm.
• Cnc Press Brake Bending; All standard and special bending applications in the range of 40-600Tn with a maximum length of 6.000mm
• Stressing and Straightening; Stressing and straightening service with leveling machine and 6 straightening presses in the range of 150-600TN
• Saw Cutting; Cutting of materials up to 700mm thick with a maximum width of 1600x2000 mm
