Ales Press

Ales Press started its business life in 1974 as EKM Ertuğrul Körüstan Makine Ltd. Şti. While working in the machining sector, Gera company was established in 2004 to produce machine parts. In addition to machining and welded manufacturing, the company starts to produce C Type Eccentric presses in the range of 63 - 250 tons. In 2010, Ales Pres Makine Ltd. Şti. was established with a title change. In 2011, a partnership was established with Heilbronn press company and in 2015, it moved to its current location in Hasanağa Organized Industrial Zone and manufactures the following products in an area of 13000 square meters; 

• Mechanical Presses; 1600 tons press
• Motion Presses; 1600 ton press
• Servo Presses; 1600 tons press
• Knuckle Joint Press; 800 ton press
• Transfer Press Systems; 1600 tons press
• C Type Presses; 100 - 250 Ton C Type Eccentric Press

Special presses are manufactured in product groups and for various jobs.
